2Cancellations

  • β—‹If you cancel the service within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 60% of the total service cost will apply.
  • β—‹This fee is non-refundable.

3Call and Message Recording

  • β—‹All calls and messages will be recorded and monitored for quality control purposes.

7Baby Seat and Child Safety Seat Policy

  • β—‹For safety and liability reasons, we do not remove or reinstall baby seats, child safety seats, or car seats of any kind.
  • β—‹If you would like us to detail the area underneath a baby seat or child safety seat, you must remove it before our service and reinstall it after we are finished.
  • β—‹This policy ensures the safety of your child and protects both parties from any liability related to improper installation.

8Personal Belongings and Trunk Items

  • β—‹Customers must remove all personal belongings from the trunk and interior of the vehicle before service.
  • β—‹Street Shine Auto Spa is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items left in the vehicle during service.
  • β—‹This includes but is not limited to: electronics, jewelry, cash, documents, tools, sports equipment, and any other personal property.
  • β—‹Please ensure your vehicle is cleared of all valuables before your scheduled appointment.

9Interior Ceramic Coating Service Requirement

  • β—‹Our Interior Ceramic Coating service can only be performed on vehicles that have previously received a full interior cleaning from our mobile detailing team.
  • β—‹This ensures the coating is applied to a properly prepared surface for maximum effectiveness and longevity.
